Quick Upper Body Workouts

If you don’t have hours to spend in the gym each day, check out this upper body routine to still get results!

Nearly all solid upper body training plans will have some sort of upper body horizontal and vertical push as well as a horizontal and vertical pull motion.

Each of these exercises hit many large muscle groups that will still allow you to get a good workout in, while minimizing the time you spend in the gym.

You could even try supersetting the bench press with the bent over row and the overhead press with the last pulldown if need to save time. Try it out next time if you need a time-efficient workout!
